Master P And Jay Z’s Mother Just Received Honorary Doctorates From Lincoln University of PA

Master P received an honorary doctorate from Lincoln University of PA on Sunday.

The rapper, entrepreneur and founder of No Limit Records founder received an honorary doctorate degree in humane letters during Lincoln University of Pennsylvania’s graduation ceremonies.

On Monday, Master P took to Instagram to celebrate the honor.

“I guess I got to change my name to, Dr. P. Miller,” he wrote. “From the projects to getting a Doctoral degree from @lincolnuniversityofpa. Don’t be afraid to change, grow and educate yourself. I did it! You can do it. #GODISGOOD #Nevertoolate #hbcu #NoLimit There is NO limit to your dreams #DRPMiller.”

Master P was not the only one to get honored with an honorary doctorate during the ceremony, Lincoln University announced also honored others including Micheal Eric Dyson, Attorney Ben Crump, Nelson Henry Jr., Dr. Leonard Bethel, Emery Wimbish, Jr., and Dr. Charles V. Hamilton with.

Gloria Carter the co-founder and chief executive officer of the Shawn Carter Foundation and the mother of rapper Jay Z also received an honorary doctorate from the university.
