What is the biggest thing you’ve learned as a student government president so far?
Leadership is about confidence even when you have doubt. A leader can not waver.

What made you decide to attend Miles College for undergrad?
I decided to attend Miles College originally to play both football and baseball, and because my mother is an alumna.
How has Miles College molded you into the person you are today?
It has shown me how to be resilient, how to make the most out of the opportunities u can get. To have faith in my ability.
What specific initiatives have you headed up this year (or are planning) and how do you think they will improve the school and surrounding community?
Adopt a highway is an initiative to clean up the surrounding area by the school. Mental health mayhem including different activities throughout the year. More major specific tutoring .

How is your student government administration/school currently working on attending to the mental health of students?
Providing a place of leisure around campus as well as looking into getting an on campus therapist. Mental health affirmation stickers and events.
What does leadership mean to you?
Being on the frontlines leading by example. It means being willing to fall on the sword for your peers. Having belief in yourself to make sure the people have faith in you for a valuable reason.
We now live in a digital world, what do you think schools need to do to represent themselves online in 2025–2026?
All forms of social media and a newsletter .

Why do you think Watch The Yard is important to Black students and college culture?
Because it helps highlight black students and institutions that would be overlooked otherwise.

What do you plan on doing after graduation?
Going into graduate school for a masters degree. Then working in software development or data science working closely with A.I. Finding a way to merge my skillset with sports analytics somehow.
