Omega Psi Phi Members From Across the Country Open Up About Why They Joined Their Fraternity
In a move to highlight the meaning and power of Black fraternities, we at Watch The Yard reached out to our Instagram audience of over 178,000 followers and posed a question for the members of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
Our question was simple,
What made you want to pledge Omega Psi Phi?
We followed it by asking the members current members how becoming a Omega has changed their lives.
The outpouring of passionate responses from the members who were eager to tell their stories was inspiring. It was very insightful to see that many of the men were drawn to the organization because of the warm welcomes they received around members, the mentorship, service and the overall attention to the concept of friendship that Omegas displayed to each other and the people around them.
