Kappa Alpha Psi’s Cedric the Entertainer Just Received His Very Own Star On the Hollywood Walk of Fame

Kappa Alpha Psi’s very own Cedric the Entertainer received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Thursday, marking yet one more achievement for the celebrity comedian.

Cedric pledged Kappa at Southeast Missouri State University in the 1984.

Magic Johnson, George Lopez and other celebrities as well as his friends an family gathered in Hollywood to celebrate the unveiling of the star.

“I feel very blessed to be recognized in such an iconic manner,” Cedric told City News Service. “I feel like I’m getting roses when I can still smell them.”

Cedric’s star is the 2,640th since the famous Walk of Fame was created in 1961.

If you want to visit it, the star is located in front of the El Centro apartment complex on Hollywood Boulevard.
