The NPHC at University of Arkansas Releases Statement About Alleged Blackface Incident

The members of the National Pan-Hellenic Council at the University of Arkansas just released a statement addressing an alleged blackface incident on campus.
According to the statement, a photo surfaced on a public Snapchat group with a white student in blackface with the caption “I hope this offends someone.”
At the bottom of the picture, there was a filter on the post, a promotional image for the superhero movie “Black Panther.”
