This Is What Jacksonville State University Looks Like After Getting Hit by an E-F3 Tornado Last Night

On Monday night an EF-3 tornado hit Jacksonville, Alabama causing extensive damage throughout the city and the campus of Jacksonville State University.
The Tornado which left thousands of residents without power, damaged multiple buildings on the university’s campus including Logan Hall and Patterson hall, where the roof was almost completely torn off.
According to the city’s mayor, Johnny Smith, at least four people were injured by the tornado and no fatalities have been reported.

The Xi Xi Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. at Jacksonville State University has created a GoFundMe to raise money to assist. According to their page it is “for anyone who can’t help physically but would like to help.” Click here for more info.
