Watch This Rare Documentary On Black Fraternities And Sororities That Was Made In The 1960s
It is very rare to find any video relating to Black greek life before the 1980s but boy do we have something for you.
We have come across a documentary on Black fraternities and sororities from the early to mid 1960s at Fisk University. Included in the video are the Alpha Chi Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. who are strolling and chanting and Alpha Beta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. who are seen performing two songs in front of a crowd of prospective initiates.
This video was uploaded by Kappa Alpha Psi’s Ken McCain and is something every greek should see.
Please share this post with your network and allow them to enjoy this rare look into the past.
