Find Out How These South Carolina AKAs Used Zumba To Promote Heart Health

The AKA’s are busting a move to promote heart health!
On Friday, February 6th, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Inc. held a free Zumba class at Blatt PE Center at the University of South Carolina to promote heart health and awareness. This was part of their annual Pink Goes Red campaign.
“I think it is so important because a lot of people don’t know that cardiovascular disease is such a prevalent disease among women, especially African-American women,” Kara McCray, the Vice President of her chapter told SGTV.
