Connecticut AKAs! Alpha Kappa Alpha’s Theta Tau Omega Chapter Just Celebrated 50 Years of Service

The women of Alpha Kappa Alpha in Connecticut definitely know how to celebrate their history with style.
The sorors of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.’s Theta Tau Omega Chapter celebrated 50 years of timeless service this month in Trumbull, CT.
With about 200 attendees including the Mayor of Bridgeport, State Senators, City Councilmen and the North Atlantic Regional Director of Alpha Kappa Alpha, it was truly a Golden Affair to remember.
The Theta Tau Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. was chartered on November 23,1968, in Fairfield County, by 16 visionary women who wanted to provide service to all mankind.
For 50 years Theta Tau Omega has been serving the Greater Bridgeport Connecticut area.
