Florida Gulf Coast University Brother of Phi Beta Sigma Memorializes His Father With a Stroll

This video was captured for Phi Beta Sigma member Rodney Innocent’s upcoming graduation. Rodney is a student at Florida Gulf Coast University and will be graduating with his bachelors degree on December 16th, 2018. We at Watch The Yard wanted to take a moment to highlight Rodney and commend his perseverance and accomplishment.
Even with the passing of his father, he was able to remain dedicated and focused on completing his bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Rodney chose a very unique way to celebrate the announcement of his graduation, as well as memorialize his father, and did so with the help of his fellow fraternity brothers.
People often say “It’s not when you start. It’s how you finish.” This is definitely an instance where that motto applies.
