This Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorors from The Bahamas Just Released this BEAUTIFUL Island Photoshoot
The women of Sigma Gamma Rho in the Bahamas definitely know how to do a photoshoot!
The sorors of the “RHOmarkable” Zeta Rho Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc recently did a photoshoot to celebrate their sisterhood and highlight their chapter to the rest of the world and we at Watch The Yard absolutely love the photos.
The Zeta Rho Sigma chapter was established on January 22, 1984 in Freeport, Bahamas and is the first of the D9 sororities to be chartered on their island. They are committed and dedicated to embodying the principles and legacy of their founding members and do some very powerful work on their island including their successful Rhoer Club (an affiliate mentorship program for young ladies between the ages of 12 – 18) and Philos (friends of the sorority). They have also successfully implemented a SWIM1922 clinic for adults that focuses on saving lives by teaching people how to swim, Operation Big Book Bag, the adoption of a local school’s breakfast program and countless other community initiatives like their annual Kick Ball in Paradise tournament.
“For our chapter sisterhood is a verb. Our bond does not live on our chest, it lives in our heart.” one of the sorors told Watch The Yard in an email.
