A Tribe Called Quest reunited for the first time in 15 years last night (Friday Nov. 13) for a special performance on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon!
The legendary group was there to promote the reissue of their classic debut album, People’s Instinctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm, on its 25th anniversary and were backed by Roots who are Jimmy Fallon’s nightly back up band.
Q-Tip, Phife Dawg, Jarobi and Ali Shaheed Muhammad have faced some problems in the past with each other but when they performed their classic song, “Can I Kick It?” it felt like we got in a time machine and went back to the 90s!
