Kappa Alpha Psi’s Undergraduate Leadership Institute takes the best and brightest undergraduate members from around the nation and builds them into today’s achievers and tomorrow’s leaders.

While the Nupes who attend the conference spend a lot of their time in the board room getting career development seminars and leadership workshops, they do make sure to leave some time for development of Kappa Kane skills.
