While Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. donated computer labs to several schools in New Orleans area during their Kappa Konklave in New Orleans earlier this month, it was not the only fundraising and donating being done.
A group of Kappas who are alumni of New Orleans’ very own Dillard University, decided to use the convention to raise $29,000 for their Alma Mater. Over 80 men of the Beta Gamma Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi met up for a reception and a chapter luncheon and donated $29,000 to the university for scholarships.
Dr. Kimbrough recieved the award on behalf of the school and thanked the brothers for their kind work and generosity.
We at WatchTheYard.com would like to congratulate the Beta Gamma Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi on an amazing event and a job well done.
