The Alphas at Lamar University are holding it down and celebrating graduation with some ‘HUMBLE’ by Kendrick Lamar!
This video was shot in Beaumont, Tx to spotlight graduating brothers and promote the upcoming black grad ceremony. Retention amongst African American students is a prevalent issue on the campus of Lamar. According to the brothers in the video, who hail from the Epsilon Rho and Gamma Tau Lambda Chapters Of Alpha Phi Alpha, they “sought to exploit and highlight graduates in strides to encourage African American students to want to finish and graduate from the university.”
