Miss Bethune-Cookman, Jackie Naomi, who is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., just sent us a spoken word piece that demonstrates there is more than one way to give back and educate your community!
Jackie Naomi, touches on how mainstream society has consciously and subconsciously attempted to leave an imprint on our minds. She later dives into all of the rhetoric and factual information that she was taught to counteract the negative western ideology that has been imposed on so many of us.
