Empowered Futures: Zeta Phi Beta’s 2025 International Youth Conference Was a Blueprint for Leadership
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated wrapped up its 2025 International Youth Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio with impact, inspiration, and history-making service. Hundreds of Archonettes, Amicettes, and Youth Advisors from across the country gathered for a weekend rooted in mentorship, vision, and purpose.
Centered on the theme “Empowered Futures Through the Extraordinary Power of S.H.E.” (Social, Health, and Economic Justice), the experience focused on youth leadership, cultural identity, and civic engagement.
The Opening Program featured actress and Soror Tatyana Ali, whose powerful words set the tone. In the Empowered Futures Pitch Contest, participants tackled real-world issues like healthcare equity, period poverty, and DEI with confidence and clarity.
Zeta’s legacy of service was on full display as youth raised over $21,789 and collected nearly 8,000 essential items for Lighthouse Youth & Family Services, the largest youth-led service effort in Zeta history.
Workshops covered mental health, cyberbullying, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and leadership. Youth Advisors strengthened their mentoring skills through focused training sessions.
Support from partners like Prudential, Google, Amazon, and Junior Achievement provided youth with resources for financial literacy, tech, and innovation. From honoring achievements to building bonds across generations, the 2025 International Youth Conference proved that when you invest in young minds, you amplify futures.
