25 Black Sorority/Fraternity Chapters From Across The Nation Teamed Up For This “Young Black And Gifted” Music Video
Could this be the next Black greek anthem?
We at WatchTheYard.com were recently surprised when someone sent us an email and told our team that there was a music video that was shot featuring 25 Black fraternities and sororities from across the nation and that WatchTheYard.com had been featured in the first verse.
The video which was made by Tevin Studdard and shot by Mihkail Cooper features a long list of chapters including the following:
Auburn Alphas, UNLV Iotas, Talladega Sigmas, Jacksonville University Kappas, Michigan Zetas, VCU SGRhos, Lincoln U (Missouri) AKA’s, South Alabama AKA’s, Spelman Zetas, Rutgers Iotas, FAMU Kappas, Michigan Zetas, Albany State Sigmas, Fayetteville Alphas, Fayetteville State Zeta, UNC Greensboro AKA’s, Georgia Southwestern SGRhos, West Florida Sigmas, Albany State Sigmas, FIU Iotas, UNCW AKA’s and many more.
The song, “Young Black and Educated Remix” by Tevin Studdard(who just so happens to be a cousin of American Idol winner, Reuben Studdard) is an anthem for African-Americans who take pride in their education and potential.
