Phi Beta Sigma Brothers at Howard University Release Statement on Uptick In On-Campus Violence
The brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.’s Alpha Chapter at Howard University have released a public statement regarding the uptick in on-campus violence that students are facing at the HBCU.
Most recently, a least one student was stabbed and several others were injured in a violent attack by what is being reported as large group of juveniles outside two residence halls at Howard University early Monday morning.

According to NBC4 Washington, the university said it plans to install more than 1,000 cameras and will implement safety paths so students know which routes to take to make sure a security officer is within 100 feet.
