Intuit Just Opened Applications for Its 2025 IDEAS Program, Featuring $5,000 Grants for Small Business Owners

If you’re a small business owner, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Intuit, the global financial technology platform behind Mailchimp, QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Credit Karma, has officially launched the application season for its 2025 IDEAS Program (Invest, Develop, Empower, Accelerate, Scale)—a game-changing, year-long initiative in partnership with the National Urban League. The program provides small business owners with access to expert coaching, financial tools, and a $5,000 non-dilutive grant to grow their businesses.

In 2025, the IDEAS Program will expand nationally, supporting entrepreneurs in nine U.S. cities: Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York City, San Diego, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas–Fort Worth, New Orleans, and Philadelphia. It will also include a nationwide satellite cohort exclusively for veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs.

Participants receive:

  • Business coaching from the National Urban League and executive coaching from Zella Life
  • Complimentary access to Intuit’s tools including Mailchimp, QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Credit Karma
  • Support with email marketing, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and compliance
  • A $5,000 non-dilutive cash grant at the end of the 12-month program
  • Access to Intuit Experts and a community of like-minded entrepreneurs

This program is built to empower small businesses, in communities across the country, to grow and scale with confidence. Participants in previous cohorts saw a 23% average revenue increase and saved 16.5 hours per month thanks to the tools and support provided.

Applications for the 2025 Intuit IDEAS Program are open now and close on July 21, 2025.
