Anthony Higgs, a brother of the Pi Theta chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha at Coppin State, wanted to propose to his girlfriend Patrice Spencer in a memorable way so he popped the big question on stage right after she had received her diploma at her Coppin State University graduation.

She said YES and the crowd went WILD!!!
