Zeta Phi Beta’s S.H.E. Serves Nashville: Women’s Empowerment & Resource Expo Connects Women and Families with Resources for the Future

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated will host S.H.E. Serves Nashville: Women’s Empowerment & Resource Expo on Tuesday, July 7, a community initiative expected to serve more than 300 women and families in Nashville, Tennessee.

Set for 10:00 a.m. CST as a signature initiative of the sorority’s International Grand Boulé 2026, running July 6 through 11, the expo will bring together women, families, community leaders, nonprofit organizations, corporate partners, and workforce development professionals. Attendees will have access to employment resources, career development support, entrepreneurship guidance, digital literacy tools, financial education, wellness resources, and community-based services.

A cornerstone of the initiative is a partnership with the Edgehill Neighborhood Partnership, whose FreeStore program provides essential goods and support services to individuals and families throughout Nashville. According to the EventBrite for the expo, in addition to workshops and resource connections, attendees will have access to a variety of essential items and support services, including food, clothing, toys, hygiene kits, period supplies, and other community resources available on-site while supplies last.

The collaboration is designed to extend the expo’s impact beyond the single day by strengthening year-round access to resources.

The expo is part of the sorority’s broader work advancing opportunities for women and girls, which includes international women of color initiatives such as water well restoration projects and medical supply distribution in underserved communities.
