There are certain songs that are ingrained in the HBCU and Black Greek experience.
These songs, while not the most politically correct, are tied to memories of pledging and first learning to stroll. When they are played they trigger something deep down in members of Black greek organizations subconscious’ which make them automatically want to stroll.
Want proof that this is a fact? Go to any picnic this summer, stand to the side so that you can see all of the greeks and start playing any of the following six songs…just watch what happens.
