1. Gamma Phi Gamma (School Daze)

This movie is a classic! In 1988, Spike Lee introduced the above/underground culture of Black Greekdom to the world. Who can forget the infamous bathroom and paddle scene, the stroll off and Half-Pint losing his virginity? If you are an interest for any org, it’s mandatory that you watch this and KNOW IT! lol.

2. Xi Chi (Road Trip)

Four white guys go on a road trip and fake membership to gain access to the Xi Chi’s house. In order to get back at them, they pulled one of the biggest pranks of all time. They presented a white hood and accused them of being racist until one of them passed out. Sounds harsh? Not really, because afterwards, they partied like crazy.

3. Kappa Lambda Nu (A Different World)

Ah…remember this? Ron and Dwayne were on line. Ron made it; however, Dwayne dropped. Typically, it’s looked down upon, but Dwayne gets pass because he had great reasoning. Anyways, did anyone notice how Ron was a nerdy lover boy in the first season, but once he went Greek, he became the ultimate thirsty playboy? Yup, that sounds about right lol.

4. Theta Nu Theta (Stomp The Yard)

Yea, so we all thought we were going to be rooting for Chris Brown in the movie, but that turned out to be false. Nonetheless, we found ourselves rooting for TNT when DJ finally joined. Those dude killed the competition! And did anyone else get hyped when DJ finally hit that move at the end? Lol.

5. Mu Gamma Xi (Stomp The Yard)

For every hero, there is a villain, and these dudes got on everyone’s last nerves. But we have to be honest. These dudes got the moves and definitely gave TNT a run for their money at the end of the movie. Also, how many of you found yourself howling at the moon and imitating their moves after the movie? Lol.

6. Phi Beta Gamma Frat (Fresh Prince)

When Will and Carlton went out for the black frat on their campus, Will had got accepted; however, Carlton did not. Apparently, he didn’t “fit the image.” Will tried to hide the truth from Carlton, but once he found out why he wasn’t accepted, he read that frat to filth! And we all sat back like, “Yea Carlton, you tell em!”

7. Delta Gamma Gamma (Frat Brothers)

Do you remember Lil’ Romeo’s frat from the 2013 movie Frat Brothers? They threw the wackest step show and probate but we had to add them to this list because we wanted to keep it as complete as possible.

8. Broke Phi Broke (Kanye West’s College Dropout Album)

“This was founded, years ago, by broke slaves, years ago, by broke brothers in the 20s years ago!” That is the history of Kanye West’s fictional Broke Phi Broke fraternity that shows up in the interludes of his College Dropout album. At one point Kanye gets hilariously booted from the fraternity for having new shoes because he is not following the values of the fraternity.

“Broke Phi Broke! We ain’t got it!”
