Iota Phi Theta and PUMA Unveil First-Ever Signature Sneaker Collaboration

Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. and PUMA introduced their first-ever signature sneaker collaboration on Friday, September 18, during Congressional Black Caucus Week in Washington, D.C. The partnership was unveiled at the fraternity’s Brown & Gold Reception, where brothers from across the DMV gathered alongside fellow NPHC presidents and leaders.

The collaboration marks the first time PUMA has partnered with Iota Phi Theta on a signature shoe, a milestone for the fraternity, which was founded in 1963 at Morgan State University. The full sneaker release is set for this fall, with additional details expected in the coming weeks.

Iota Phi Theta is encouraging brothers and supporters to register for release updates ahead of the fall launch through the link shared at the reception.

The fraternity closed its announcement with a message that speaks to where it sees this next chapter: “Building a Tradition, Not Resting Upon One.”
