Michael Flowers aka Mike City, a Grammy-nominated music producer and songwriter, has made a name for himself in the music industry as a creative force. Born on December 2, 1970, in New York City, City grew up surrounded by music and honed his talents as a session musician before becoming a sought-after producer and songwriter.
Mike City attended North Carolina Central University where he was initiated into the Alpha Epsilon Chapter of Iota Phi Theta in the Spring of 1988.
Throughout his career, City has worked with some of the biggest names in R&B and hip-hop, including Usher, Rihanna, Mary J. Blige, Anthony Hamilton and Jamie Foxx, producing and writing hit songs for them.
